Nick Hayes is a recording and live sound engineer with over 20 years’ experience based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Over the years, Nick has toured across North America with several high-profile acts and worked in world class concert halls. He has worked on all kinds of shows from large scale shows and concerts to small, intimate shows and he puts the same amount of passion and care into every show.

Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Nick graduated from Grant MacEwan as a Recording Arts Major and was awarded a scholarship through the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS). He continues to grow his skills by taking courses with Meyer Sound; Sim 3 and System design. Recently, he completed Dante Level 3 certification and Q SYS Level 1 Certification.

In his down time, Nick likes set up a sweet karaoke party for his family, write and record some tunes with his daughter or zen out on the golf course. He is always looking for new golfing partners, so give him a call, hit some balls and talk about your audio needs.
